Sia is an artist I’ve come across lately whom I can’t get enough of. I’ve picked up all her solo CDs and also some from Zero 7 that she performs on. (Two sentence ending prepositions in a row.. I’m on a roll.) Check out the samples and a fantastic clip from a performance on Letterman after the jump.

Despite singing in English, Sia’s vocals are mostly unintelligible to me, but that doesn’t detract from the music at all.  This clip from a performance on Late Night with David Letterman is priceless.  Not only is it such a weirdly pretty visual with the all white backdrop, her painted hands and the sign language, but she really belts out the vocals too.  I especially like her reaction at the end when greeting Dave.  She’s so giddy about how well it went, she’s nearly vibrating.
